New Talent Management Members
Welcome!

As a Talent Management professional, and certainly as a member of the New Talent Management Network, you have access to a deep pool of outside resource. So why would you want to talk to someone from Little Rock Arkansas about coaching around the world? Only a conversation will tell us if we are a good fit- but here are the things I think you will want to know early:

P/L accountability for a global unit in a Fortune 400 company – and- serious coach training.
I have a strong grounding in both behavior change and business. My own career experience, as well as my coach training at Georgetown, contribute to the way in which I engage with clients. And owing to a few fortuitous line assignments, I have sat shoulder to shoulder with executives and teams in boardrooms on 5 continents. My full bio is here.

I focus on senior leaders, high potential executives and bet-the business project teams.
In addition to coaching and development work for executives and teams, I can deliver methodology and intellectual property to ensure the viability of enterprise change projects as well as turn high potential development programs into profit centers. Focusing on planning, governance and executive sponsorship not only improves delivery on major change- it is a laboratory for future change leaders.

Mine is a small firm- but with global reach.
You do not pay for overhead, staff on the bench or international branding efforts. Neither am I a broker. I collaborate with a small network of highly qualified coaches as the need arises I can deliver comprehensive programs or simply engage as an adjunct to your team- as the need requires. Each of the coaches in my network has sat in the big chair in one way or another. Many have had P/L accountability in mid-tier to large firms. Most have global experience or run bet-the-business projects in complex environments. All have formal coach training.

My philosophy is grounded in my own experience of using consultants.
Sometimes you need a big firm who can land a sizable team of professionals to build out a project or program. But if the need is for something internally owned, a single professional with the right skills, working with the people who will be accountable to deliver, can be the catalyst to open new possibilities and provide the tools needed for internal success, without breaking the bank.

London, New York, Arkansas?
I know that this does not sound obvious. I moved to central Arkansas to take the P/L on a global solutions group for a Fortune 400 in 1999. My own network and track record is global- so my practice also tends to be. In the last year I have worked with clients in Bangkok, Sydney, Hong Kong, Aberdeen (Scotland), Stavanger (Norway), London, Nairobi, Bonn, Amsterdam, Lima and Calgary. I am in New York and London on a regular basis.

Many of you in the New Talent Management Network have offices in Northwest Arkansas to serve Wal-Mart. I am a local resource with a profile more like what you would expect to see from a coach in a major business market.

So, enough about me. I’d welcome an opportunity to talk with you about your talent needs. Fresh eyes and ears and fresh ideas. Drop me a note here and we will plan to visit over a virtual cup of coffee.
