Hello,

We have lots of news at Entelechy Partners.  This month, we are introducing a new (if self serving) feature in The LEADERBOARD- a news page about activities and milestones here at Entelechy Partners.

One of the things I love most about my work is that every organization, every leader, every situation is different and presents a unique challenge.  There are however, situations or processes that crop up regularly.  Since communication is so critical to leadership, the need for courageous speaking and communications is a foundational piece of work that most leaders need to address.  Feedback, or the sharing of personal perceptions, is foundational.  So, this month we discuss feedback in its many forms.

How to Talk so Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk

OK, I know that the first response many will have reading this is "What is a book about kids doing in a business newsletter?"  Worse yet, if you get the book and read it you are likely to be put off by the early examples with small children.  But this book so well documents the feedback give and take that it applies to adults as well as children, and most certainly at the office.  Do not "kid" yourself here- this is a worthwhile read for every manager with staff.
