Bios of Entelechy Partners’ Principals

I. Barry Goldberg, PCC has over 25 years
of experience developing leaders in a wide range of organizations. Barry has held sales and marketing
leadership positions and top line revenue accountability with The Naisbitt
Group, Krames Communications (a division of Hachette International)
and P/L accountability for a global CRM solutions organization at Alltel
Information Services.
Barry’s clients have included Franklin Templeton, International
Thomson Publishing, DeutscheBank, VISA International, Sycle.net, The
Provident Bank, Odwalla, Hello Direct and Charles Schwab. Typically,
Barry is engaged in a coaching and facilitation role for P/L leaders
and their teams and with teams of high potential middle and senior
managers.
Barry speaks and writes globally on leadership and
executive development. He is a guest
lecturer at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock Graduate School
of Business EMBA program and writes a monthly column, On Leadership for
Arkansas Business.
Barry holds a BA from the University of Texas at
Austin in World History and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership
Coaching from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Barry holds
a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach
Federation.

Faith Anaya enjoys a long history
of facilitating complex business relationships. Her strong suit is in
working with integrated teams such as outsourced services or joint ventures
to develop resilient and effective working relationships and processes.
Faith’s experience includes strategic oversight for a $500 million
outsourced agreement for distribution between one of the world’s
largest producers of office printing equipment and the logistics subsidiary
of one of the largest US LTL carriers. In addition, she has a successful
track record of coaching leaders of organizations in complex, multi
stakeholder environments. Faith holds an MBA from UCLA’s Andersen
School of Management.

Associate Coach - John Arnold
is a Principal at
The Human Capital Group in Palm Beach, Florida. He is a man
with a deep appreciation for life who has spent the last two decades
helping others become their best selves. Articulate and creative,
John uses his strong personal instincts, 25 years of corporate
experience, and a unique leadership style to challenge individuals
and organizations to define and then achieve their personal and
professional goals.
With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in retail,
commercial banking and the securities industry, John is particularly
adept at constructing customized coaching processes, performing
cultural assessments, and developing strategic plans for middle and
upper management within these fields. But his financial acumen
easily translates into the not-for-profit sector too. He is as
comfortable engaging executives and teams as he is individuals, and
this is why he tops the list of coaches to call for some of the
world's leading companies. John was awarded a Bachelor of Science
in Economics from Marymount College and is a preferred speaker on
the subject of influential leadership and professional development.

Coach - Janet Harvey is
the founder of
Invite Change, a life and leadership coaching company in
Seattle, WA. Her years of experience as a business leader provide
the backdrop for her ability to work in depth on the importance of
authenticity and personal vision as critical leadership skills.
As an officer
with Charles Schwab and General Mills, Janet’s twenty-year corporate
experience is integrated to a powerful combination of coaching,
consulting and training services that drive effectiveness and growth
for individuals and teams. Over the past ten years she has worked
inside the board room with directors, with executive leadership
teams and with change agents to drive diverse types of
organizational and strategic growth. Janet has served such diverse
clients as The Provident, LoanCity.com and Johnson & Johnson.
Janet is a
published author (A guide to Getting It: Powerful Leadership Skills) on the subject of influence and leadership. In
addition to a BS in Economics and Finance, Janet earned an MA from
the University of San Francisco in Organizational Development. |
